| Submission of proposed term paper topics via the SmartPro system
СStudents discuss preliminary term paper topics with potential supervisors. Subject to the supervisor’s agreement, the supervisor uploads the proposed topic to the SmartPro system.

| Approval of proposed term paper topics by the Programme supervisor Review and approval of the list of proposed topics by the Academic Supervisor of the Programme via the SmartPro system.

| Selection of term paper topics by students / Student-initiated proposal of term paper topics
In the SmartPro system, the student selects the preliminary term paper topic formulated jointly with their supervisor and submits an electronic application for approval of the topic and appointment of the respective supervisor. If the student and supervisor agree on a term paper topic after 10 October, the student should submit the topic as a student-initiated proposal via the SmartPro system and select the respective supervisor.

| Review of applications for proposed term paper topics
Supervisors confirm via the SmartPro system their willingness to supervise the student’s work on the selected term paper topic.

| Approval of term paper topics and supervisors by the Programme Academic Council
If members of the Programme Academic Council consider that any of the proposed topics require revision, the Academic Supervisor of the Programme contacts the respective supervisors and requests them to revise the topic. | From 15 to 20 November 2026 of the current academic year
