Zabili Sahar is a café you might know from numerous posts on various social media platforms featuring this huge cloud used as a central décor piece at one of the locations. Some of the other things that might catch your attention are these creative big mugs with different faces on them that café orders from Germany and serves some of the hot drinks in. Of course, interior design of café branches is also one of the reasons behind it being so “instagrammable”: café even made it to the short list of Restaurant & Bar Design Awards winners being the only café from Russia with such an achievement. Interior design was created by Марат Мазур (Marat Mazur) – a talented designer from Saint-Petersburg.
So why is it called “Forgot sugar” you might ask. The answer is quite simple. The idea behind desserts here is that they are both tasty and healthy: minimal amount of sugar is used to make them, and they contain far less calories than you might think they do all thanks to natural ingredients. On the menu there are also options for vegetarians and those who stick to raw food and healthy diets.
On top of that, there is a special breakfast menu and a menu for kids. Cafe also claims to make excellent coffee and we think you might be quite surprised by how many unique drinks they have there: from lavender and salty caramel latte to pink and blue matcha latte – everything you could ever dream of. Natural vanilla is used to make these drinks as well as plant-based milk that you can ask to make your coffee with.
There are total of five of these cafes in Saint-Petersburg with one of them being right on the other side of Kantemirovskiy Bridge – a nice place to go to with your friends to celebrate the end of the exam period! Moreover, in case you don’t have time to actually go to one of those you can always order any of these beautiful desserts and get them delivered to your place.

Another place we want to invite you to is a lovely café famous for its wide range of eclairs: more than 20 of them. Raspberry, mango maracuya, salty caramel, lavender, coconut, strawberry, vanilla… You will have to spend some time in front of the counter to choose the one you want to try out today.
