Course Syllabus

Abstract

The course "Ethical Leadership and Social Responsibility" aims to develop knowledge and skills in ethical decision-making and socially responsible leadership. Students will explore the principles of ethical leadership, the role of ethics in organizational culture, and strategies for integrating social responsibility into business practices. The course includes case studies, simulations of ethical dilemmas, and project work, enabling students to apply theoretical concepts to real-world situations. Upon completion, students will be able to lead ethically and promote social responsibility within their organizations.
