The international summer school "Climate Change and Policy Reactions in Russia and India" took place in Dehradun.

From April 1 to 4, 2026, the international summer school "Climate Change and Policy Reactions in Russia and India" was held in Dehradun, India. It was organized by the Center for Comparative Governance Studies in collaboration with UPES University. Participants discussed how climate policies are shaped and implemented at various levels, from international associations to subnational entities.

Centre for Comparative Governance Studies Research interns, Polina Mironova and Stanislav Nesgovorov, presented the results of their research at the conference "Sustainable Development: New Generation Scientific Ideas" at the St. Petersburg International Environmental Forum. We explain the discussion and what it was like to present for the first time outside the university.
