Seminars from specialists of Baltika and Lenta companies for masters of the Strategic Logistics Management program in April 2021.

On April 17 and 24, 2021, representatives of Baltika Breweries took part in the seminars: Patricia Koshman (Analytical Systems Development Manager), Varvara Makaryina (Leading Digital Solutions Specialist) and Igor Bernadsky (Leading Data Analysis and Control Specialist) ... In a dialogue format, a discussion of the principles of data management in logistics and the experience of introducing the culture of “Data Governance” in the logistics service of Baltika Breweries, problems in building logistics and cross-functional business intelligence and possible ways of solving them using the Data Catalog, quality management data and their life cycle.

On April 7, 10 and 28, 2021, seminars were devoted to the problems of forming tactics and strategies for managing warehouse logistics. Elena Efremova, Lenta's promotional planning specialist, shared her experience in coordinating material and information flows in the warehouse infrastructure, talked about tools for developing a balanced development strategy (VSM, DMAIC, Balanced Scorecard), about the methodology for choosing a warehouse format and organizing its internal processes. and the possibilities of cross-functional interaction within the company to improve the efficiency of the warehouse complex. These aspects were considered taking into account Elena Efremova's experience in distribution and forecasting of the companies Kavo Kerr, Huyndai Motor Manufacturing Rus, and Baltika Breweries.
