Student’s schedule is extremely complicated and busy, so sometimes we don’t even have time to sleep due to the constant pressure by the exams. However, it is really important to look healthy and bright. So, this article will teach you some tricks how to look better than you really are with the advice suitable for both male and female.

To begin with, after a long night of the Internet scrolling, your eyes are probably tired and exhausted and 4-hour sleep is not enough for them to recover. So as soon as you wake up, use some eye drops since it will heal your eyes and prepare them for a long day. Besides, I recommend some drops which are pinching a little bit as it will help you to wake up and be more active in the morning. 

Next, don’t forget about your skin. Face masks are extremely useful and they are varied by different types and purposes. Hence, you can apply any mask you want, which can be mud, cream, gel, peel-off masks and etc. My advice is to use recovery and refreshing mask before you go to sleep, but I won’t recommend some specific brand as each skin type is unique. Moreover, you can use special eyes and lips patches, which help to fight with dark circles. Definitely, masks not only make your skin fresh but also peal all the dirtiness, clean pores and relieve inflammation from your face, which will allow you to shine and look amazing. To add more, always keep your face clean during the day, so facial tonic in the morning would be useful.

Furthermore, be in shape. As for me, I am extremely lazy, so I do not recommend to do some sports or go to the local gym as it requires certain physical training. The point here is in being active, so swimming is a great idea as it brings pleasure and benefit at the same time. Moreover, fresh air improves blood circulation, so try not to sit at home uselessly, but rather go for a walk or, at least, ventilate your room.

To add more, massage is extremely useful and healthy as it normalizes the blood circulation, which allows you to look better. Moreover, it also harmonizes the work of the entire body, to be more precise, solves vascular problems, helps with joint and muscle pain, gets rid of insomnia, eliminates anxiety and puts emotions in order, and etc. It can be better done by professionals, who are not only massage therapists but also doctors. However, if you cannot allow it, just ask your family or friends to help or if you can, massage yourself. And don’t forget about face massage as it helps to get rid of wrinkles and make the facial contours clearer.

And the last but not least, control your smell and remember that you should always smell well. Some perfumes will make you more attractive it a second and you can easily get the attention of the opposite sex. But still, you can simply use some spray to remain fresh all day.
