«PP» in Russian is an abbreviation of «right/ healthy eating». These two letters terrify all the sweet tooth, starting to think about following a diet or improving their shape. Surely, protein bars and bread with peanut butter got you bored to death, and seeing one photograph of sweet childhood favorite, tears are welling up. Why torture yourself with unusual food, if you can improve the classic recipes, making them healthier?

Here are magic ingredients and products that should be in your home in case you suddenly see images of beautiful and tasty cakes and pastries in front of your eyes: soft cottage cheese, sweetener, corn starch, any healthy flour, low-fat kefir, and milk.

1. Napoleon

As simple as possible! The crown ingredient is ordinary Armenian pita bread. Give it the desired shape and fry in a pan or the oven. The biggest difficulty is the preparation of custard, but this is not as difficult as it might seem. You just need to mix the corn starch, milk with a low percentage of fat, eggs, and sweetener and put on medium heat, stirring until thickened. For a more classic flavor, FitParad (an organic sweetener) or Stevia is recommended as a sweetener. Choose stevia of good quality in the usual crystal form, do not buy pills and syrups at an attractive price. When the cream is ready, it remains only to collect the cake, sprinkle with crushed and dried pieces of pita bread and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

2. Tiramisu

There are many variations of the «right» tiramisu. The most optimal and close to the original is the option in which mascarpone is used in half with soft cottage cheese and sweetener (honey, Jerusalem artichoke syrup or sweetener) to prepare the cream. For impregnation, use coffee with a small amount of amaretto. Savoyardi cookies are easy to make from beaten egg whites, starch, baking powder or rice flour, yolks and sweeteners. There is no way to do without cocoa for sprinkling!

3. Cheesecake

In the same way, as in the case of tiramisu, do not completely replace the original ingredients with the «right ones». For the base, use any low-calorie cookies and banana for sweetness, and for the «cheese» layer mix soft cottage cheese with cream or lean cottage cheese and sweetener. The base is baked separately. After combining the base with the cheese layer, put the mold in a water bath - in another mold or simply pouring water on a baking sheet. Cool the cheesecake before taking it out of shape.

4. Prague

The secret is in making sponge cakes: replace wheat flour with oat, whole grain or rice one, and sunflower oil with coconut or olive, add a natural sweetener, a little soda, kefir for a liquid consistency and, of course, a big portion of cocoa. Custard for the cake is no different from the cream that was mentioned in the recipe for Napoleon.

5. Pancho

Prepare the cakes by taking the ingredients used in the recipe of the previous dessert but make them taller and cut into cubes. In this case, soft cottage cheese mixed with a sweetener is an ideal ingredient for a cream. The filling of the «right» Pancho is no different from the classic: pineapple and walnuts. The most important thing is impregnation for cubes. Turn on the fantasy: if you used canned pineapple, then the syrup is fine. If fresh - then mix water with honey or sweetener.

It is not necessary to follow these instructions exactly to bring the useful version of the dessert to the classic one. Being creative and using previously unknown products, you may find that you have improved the recipe and made it even tastier than that of a granny in childhood.
