HSE Bake Sale: Сookies Save The World
Bake Sale is one of the areas of the HSE Outreach Student Charity Organization. Volunteers organize the Bake Sale several times a year. Usually this is dedicated to major holidays.
Everybody can participate in this event. Students buy or prepare some sweets and not only and sell them on the HSE campus. All proceeds are sent to orphanages, boarding schools and other institutions in need of assistance.
The last fair was held in October of 2019, at which 7500 rubles were collected! All this money went to charity.
Most importantly, anyone can cook and participate in this wonderful event. Even if you are not a professional in cooking, you can buy drinks or pastries in the store and sell at the fair. But do not forget to sign up in google form, which will be published in the group VK. Come and participate, this is a great opportunity to have fun, meet interesting people, and most importantly, help children!
Here are the steps for you to participate in the next Bake Sale:
- Find a desire in your heart to help other people
- Look through the VK Group time to time not to skip the next Bake Sale.
- Sign up in the google form.
- Spend time and energy to bake or cook something (or even buy).
- Come to the Sale and spend there some time. You can not only sell your own products, but also buy something or just come and help with organization. There can’t be extra hands.
- Feel warm in your soul as you helped somebody. And believe that if not you then nobody will help.
