How To Reboot Your Brain In A Big City

Our brain = our life, so it is important to keep it awake. Going on a trip to different countries or waiting for any adventure are the best way to reboot your brain.

However, if you do not have the opportunity to go to Norway right now, use the opportunities that exist in a big city.

Travelling

Mountains, small villages, beaches - this is not about Moscow. However, it is very important that you discover something new. In a big city, there are a lot of places to go. If you eat every day in the same place, watch a movie in the same cinema, you definitely need to change it as often as possible. It will refresh your brain.

Writing

Write down any thoughts you have, especially those you care about the most. The flow of thoughts on paper can help you to understand yourself. It is also a psychological relief for the brain. When, for example, you think a lot about something even insignificant. Which hair color will suit me better? Write down the pros and cons. And this is the simplest example. In fact, if you write down your deeper thoughts and observations, it will be easier for you to understand yourself after a while. It happens that you will be visited by an important thought, but you will be distracted and forget about it. And then, in order for that thought to come back, it will take an effort that might not have been possible if you had recorded that thought at once.

Hobby

With boredom, we often start playing games, browse social networks aimlessly, and watch TV series in large numbers. This comes from the fact that when we have free time, we do not want to look for things to do and choose the easiest ways to spend it. For example, I am very relaxed playing a musical instrument, but to get some real rest, I can go to jump on trampolines with my friends. If you still do not want to go out of the house, you can find something new to do online - a free drawing course, a recipe for a new dish. And, of course, you should read books.

Changing Ambiance

Try updating your wardrobe or workspace. You do not have to spend a lot of money, only to buy a couple of accessories and to move items around. As a rule, we store many things that we don't even need. The less they are in your room, the better you will feel.

Communication

Make new acquaintances, but do not disperse - you need to communicate with people in who you are really interested. The main thing is to be an open person, and you will get a lot of emotions, learning the stories of other people, in return for sharing your own.

As you can see, it is not so hard to reboot your brain even if you live in a noisy city, without an opportunity to have a rest in nature.
