Beat Film Festival is an international documentary film festival about contemporary culture, founded in 2010 by Alena Bocharova and Kirill Sorokin. It presents a mix of high-profile international films and experimental, adventurous works, including Russian documentaries with a strong focus on art, design, architecture, music, fashion, and media. The festival’s mission is to popularize documentary cinema and make it part of urban leisure.

- "Anselm" (2023, directed by Wim Wenders) – a portrait of one of the most famous modern artists, Anselm Kiefer, who experienced much suffering, including World War II. His work often reflects on Germany’s 20th-century history and memory.

- "Modernism, Inc." (2023, directed by Jason Kohn) - a story of designer Eliot Noyes, who became the art director of IBM in the 1950s. The film traces not only his career, but also family recollections: in the movie Eliot Noyes’s children reminisce about their father.

- "Concrete Time" (2024, directed by Igor Ivanov Izi) tells the story of Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia, and how the city was rebuilt after the devastating 1963 earthquake.
