Instituto Superior Tecnico, IST, The engineering school of the Technical University of Lisbon, director of the ISTґs «Center for Innovation, Technology and Policy Research», which was awarded in 2005 by the International Association of Management of Technology, IAMOT, has one of the top 50 global centers of research on Management of Technology

 

Key issues of the lecture:

• Strengthening Research: training the teaching staff and promoting new learning environments together with undergraduate research opportunities.
• Promoting internationalization of the knowledge base, through mobility of students and teachers, together with international programs.
• Broadening access and foster system linkages: foster problem oriented, project base learning.
