On June 24-26, Vilnius Gediminas Technical University hosted the conference ‘Creative Industries and Sustainable Development: Bridging Theory and Practice’ in Vilnius, Lithuania. The main focus of the conference’s papers and discussions was the end of the year-long KAVA project ‘A Complex Research on the Impact of Environmental Factors on a Creator,’ in which more than 10 international universities, including HSE St. Petersburg, took part.
ECOSUD 2015, the 10 th International Conference on Ecosystems and Sustainable Development, has taken place in Valencia. HSE St Petersburg was represented by Tatyana Grishchenko, Assistant Professor at the St Petersburg School of Economics and Management and academic supervisor of its management programme.
On December 5, 2014, the third annual New Year’s Charity Fair took place at the Department of Management of the St. Petersburg School of Economics and Management. The goal of the event was to raise funds for a New Year holiday at an orphanage in Svirstroy.

At the end of December a group of students of the Faculty of management visited “Urbanica” – a company, which specializes on creating documents for long-term socio-economic and urban development. “Urbanica” is one of the leading companies in Saint-Petersburg in the sphere of municipal and public administration.
