We present projects in which masters of the program "Strategic Logistics Management" will take part:
1. Designing the company's logistics network based on data on the demand for delivered products (head Igor Elmarovich Bernadsky, leading specialist in data analysis and control, Baltika Brewery).
2. Supply chains of the world's leading car manufacturers: a consolidation center vs direct multi-product supplies (head Zolotukhina Irina Viktorovna, expert, formerly deputy director of Ford Sollers). 
3. Improving the efficiency of cross-functional logistics coordination and integration based on the analysis of conflict situations (head Victoria Isaeva, expert, Swedbyte company). 
4. Mathematical models in the management of supply chains of a manufacturing enterprise (head Dmitry Sergeevich Leontiev, head of the "Logistics" direction of the Sveza group of companies).
