As soon as you get the tickets, you should inform us and the administration of the dormitory about the day of the departure. Before the departure, together with the administration of the dormitory make sure that you have paid all dorm fees.
Please note that if any debts are left, HSE will not be able to issue a transcript for you.
On the day of the departure you should give the key to the administration of the dormitory or to the security with a note with your full name and the room number.
Transcript of records (TOR)
Your transcript of records will be sent to you for revision and confirmation within 4 working weeks after the end of your educational period at HSE University - Saint Petersburg.
Please make sure that you have no dorm or library debts.
