Course Syllabus

Abstract

The course will help students understand how the economy of modern digital products and services works. Throughout the course, key business performance indicators will be examined, along with methods for applying them to make informed management decisions.The analysis of various metrics and indicators will enable participants to justify strategic actions, forecast outcomes, and identify growth opportunities. Special attention will be given to two-sided (multi-sided) markets — a unique interaction model in which a platform connects several groups of users, creating value for all parties involved.
