XIII All-Russia Forum ‘Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia’

On October 27-28, 2014 the 13th All-Russia Forum ‘Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia’ took place in Saint Petersburg. 

On October 27-28, 2014 the 13th All-Russia Forum ‘Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia’ took place in Saint Petersburg. The event was organized by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Government of St. Petersburg, the Fund ‘Center for Strategic Research’, and the International Centre for Social and Economic Research  ‘Leontief Centre’.

Over 1200 experts from 11 countries and 67 regions of Russia took part in the 2014 event. Three plenary sessions and 30 other events, including round tables, expert panels, seminars etc. were held. Renowned Russian and international experts as well as representatives of federal, regional and municipal structures acted as key speakers. HSE in Saint Petersburg co-organized the round table ‘Tools for Synchronization of Documents on Regional and Municipal Strategic Planning’ and HSE students also took part in the event as volunteers.
