Birgit Hanzl, chief economist and coordinator of the World Bank’s economic policy in Russia, and Michael Matytsin (he replaced Sergey Ulatov, senior economist at the Department of Economics and Politics in the World Bank) presented a World Bank report number 31 "Confidence crisis exacerbates economic problems of Russia".
