HSE – St. Petersburg and São Paulo State University Researchers Hold Working Meeting
On May 14, a meeting was held between academic and research units of the School of Social Sciences of the HSE University in St. Petersburg (including the Laboratory for Urban Studies) and the leadership and senior researchers of the São Paulo State University (UNESP).
During the meeting, both sides presented their academic programs, research centers, and ongoing projects. Dr. Leonid Limonov, Head of the Laboratory for Urban Studies, introduced the lab’s research Program on "Sustainable Urban Development," as well as other current and planned research initiatives.
Brazilian colleagues highlighted the alignment between several topics discussed and research conducted at UNESP, particularly in the area of sustainable urban development.
The participants agreed to foster collaboration, beginning with an exchange of publications and the organization of a joint scientific seminar.
