Professor Leonid E. Limonov presented the preliminary results of the project "Genius of Place and Spirit of Time" and discussed with the participants the data from a comparative analysis of the dynamics of demographic, social, and economic development of cities in Northwestern Russia, using the examples of Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Petrozavodsk, Pskov, and Cherepovets.
