Optimization of the aircraft maintenance process - the search for new solutions


One of the topic of the master programme 'Strategic Management in Logistics' (within the Innovative Transportation Technologies discipline) has become the development of new solutions to optimize the process of aircraft servicing.

Under the guidance of associate professor, Mayorov N.N., students developed an aviation company strategy, including a technical project for aircraft maintenance. One of the objectives of the lesson was the formation of master's decision-making skills in the face of uncertainty.
