The Department of Logistics and Supply Chain Management was established in 2014. It is part of the School of Economics and Management at HSE St. Petersburg, a ‘big faculty’ that brings together economists and management specialists.
Teachers in the department support both the Bachelor’s programme in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and the Master’s programme in Strategic Supply Chain Management.

RESULTS OF THE WINTER SCHOOL 2018 (Master Program "Strategic Management of Logistics")
This year, the participants of the Winter School were addressed by Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Valeriy S. Lukinsky (the best teacher of 2016 and 2017of the Higher School of Economics Saint-Petersburg), Associate Professor Nikolay N. Mayorov, associate professor Elena G. Serova, teacher Anna V. Strimovskaya, and also professor Yuriy M. Iskanderov and associate professor Michail B. Laskin (basic chair SPIIRAN "Information Technologies in Logistics", established in January 2018 in the NRU HSE in Saint-Petersburg).
During the videoconference prof.Harri Lorentz (University of Turku, Finland) spoke about the features of the course “Strategic Procurement Management”.
We remind that prof. Rob Zuidwijk (Erasmus University Rotterdam, Netherlands) and prof. Harri Lorentz (University of Turku, Finland) will hold classes in Saint-Petersburg with the masters of our program in November-December 2018 (second year of the master's program).
Some representatives of logistics companies of Saint-Petersburg have taken part in the work of the Winter School on Logistics:

Shklyaev, Masters of the second year of training, Dukhnova Ekaterina and Ptukhova Svetlana have told about their participation (at the invitation of Prof. Rob Zuidwijk) at the Winter School "Optimization in ports and shipping networks", held on December 18-22, 2017 on the basis of Erasmus University Rotterdam by three universities (University of Leiden, Delft University of Technology and Erasmus University Rotterdam);
- our graduates A.Mahova, A.Kolosov and others.
