Application

The applications and abstracts are to be submitted before April, 27th, 2025 via e-mail: semconf@hse.ru .
The notification of selection results will be sent to all applicants via e-mail before May, 10th, 2025.

Formatting Guidelines. The first line should contain the TITLE OF THE PRESENTATION in all capital letters, bold font, centered. The second and third lines should provide the full name of the student, educational institution, program, year of study, and contact information (email and/or phone). The fourth line should provide the full name, position, degree, and workplace of the supervisor.

Prepare the text using Microsoft Word; font: Times New Roman, size 14, line spacing: 1.5, margins: 20 mm on all sides, paragraph indentation: 10 mm. The electronic version of the materials should be submitted as a *.docx file named with the author's surname in Latin characters, e.g., “Ivanov.docx”. Submissions can be made in either Russian or English. The organizing committee reserves the right to make editorial changes and reject materials that do not meet the requirements and scientific standards.

The presentation should accompany the speech and include the following information: Title of the presentation; Full name of the student and supervisor; Name of the university (title slide); Relevance (problem statement); Research objective; Methodology; Justification of results (novelty); Conclusions.

Post-Conference Publication: Following the conference, online proceedings of abstracts and presentations will be published on the conference website.
