Research seminar at CHEMP (6th and 13th February)

Latest CHEMP seminar took place on February 6 and featured a presentation by Aleksandra Kudryashova and Denis Eremenko, both CHEMP’s volunteers. Their presentation included a review of major studies on retirement: how spouses decide to retire together and how such decisions affect their health.

Next CHEMP seminar will take place on February 13 at 17:00. There you will have a chance to learn about the health shocks caused by the environment and effects that myocardial infractions have on health. The former topic will be presented by Stepan Aleskandrov, while the latter will be discussed by Lyubov Chigirinskaya (both are volunteers at CHEMP). In addition, Darya Kiryagina will also join the seminar as she will be presenting new estimations of health inequality indicators and their decomposition from RLMS data.
