Head of the laboratory for reputation management in education at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University), St. Petersburg, and scientific supervisor of the master’s programme “Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation”. She is a researcher and expert in social entrepreneurship, institutional transformations in higher education and university reputation management. Her work focuses on the development of interdisciplinary educational approaches, as well as the design of research-practice ecosystems that connect academia, policy and practice. She is a member of the International Social Entrepreneurship Satellite Laboratories Consortium and is actively involved in advancing international research and educational initiatives in this field.
Evgeniya Kuziner,
HSE University, St. Petersburg, Russia: Senior Lecturer, Department of Sociology
Academic Supervisor of the master’s programme “Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation”. In 2010, she graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of Service and Economics (SPbSUE) with a specialization in “Public Relations in the Social Sphere.” In 2020, she completed a master's program in “Modern Social Analysis” at the National Research University Higher School of Economics – St. Petersburg. In 2024, she defended her PhD thesis on “Strategies for Adaptation to Life in a Situation of Homelessness: A Gender Analysis (Based on the Case of St. Petersburg).” She worked as a PR manager for the private nursing home network SGC “Opeka” and the private ambulance service “Coris.” Evgeniya Kuziner is drawn to the idea of ​​social entrepreneurship as a way to change society through concrete actions and sustainable solutions. She believes this program will help shape a new generation of social entrepreneurs and social impact specialists — professionals who not only understand social problems but are also ready to create projects to address them. It is important to her that students learn to see opportunities for positive change and, using the knowledge gained in the program, enable them to bring their ideas to life.
Guillermo Sosa Gómez,
Universidad Panamericana, Mexico: Professor, Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences
Full Professor at Universidad Panamericana, Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences (Guadalajara, Mexico), and an affiliated researcher at Laboratory for Reputation Management in Education (HSE University, St. Petersburg). He holds SNI Level I recognition from SECIHTI (Mexico) and has received the Premio Nacional de la Academia de Ciencias de Cuba twice (2023 and 2025). His research spans applied algebra, cryptography, and quantitative methods in higher education. He teaches linear algebra and operations research at the undergraduate and doctoral levels and leads the Panamerican Entrepreneurship Hub, a three-stage incubation model that connects students, mentors, and impact investors. He believes social entrepreneurship education must bridge rigorous methodology with real-world systemic change, exactly what this programme is designed to do.
Zhigulina Yulia,
HSE University, Moscow, Russia: Director, Center for Project Financing in the Social Sphere
Candidate of Economic Sciences and Head of the Center for Project Financing in the Social Sphere at HSE University. Her academic and professional work focuses on social entrepreneurship, social innovation, social impact assessment, project financing, and cross-sector partnership models. For 17 years, she served as Executive Director of the Our Future Foundation, contributing to the development of Russia’s support infrastructure for social entrepreneurs. Her research interests include social entrepreneurship, social impact measurement, SROI methodology, public-private cooperation, and financing models for social sector development. She sees the programme as an important platform for training professionals able to integrate academic knowledge, evidence-based policy, and practical tools for sustainable social change.
Berto Mulia Wibawa,

PhD, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Business Management at the Faculty of Creative Design and Digital Business, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Indonesia. He is a scholar, educator, consultant, and entrepreneurship practitioner whose work focuses on creating inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems. He is actively involved in international academic collaboration through the UNESCO-APEID network and contributes to the advancement of entrepreneurship education globally. He is an active member of the International Social Entrepreneurship Satellite Laboratories Consortium at HSE University, St. Petersburg. Beyond academia, Berto is a certified business trainer and consultant with extensive experience supporting government agencies, state-owned enterprises, corporations, and MSMEs. His expertise includes entrepreneurship development, marketing strategy, business model innovation, strategic planning, feasibility studies, and organizational development. Through his research, teaching, and consulting activities, he advocates for entrepreneurial solutions that generate both economic value and positive social impact.
Olga Ya. Dymarskaya,
HSE University, St. Petersburg, Russia: Leading Research Fellow, Laboratory for Reputation Management in Education
Senior scholar and practitioner at the intersection of sociology, education, and social innovation. In addition to academic studies, she has experience working in government agencies, non-governmental organizations and large industrial companies. Olga Dymarskaya's research focuses on how people choose education and profession, adapt and innovate in complex social structures. Specifically, she develops and applies agent-based models of human behavior to examine social entrepreneurship and its ecosystems, service learning and project-based education, mechanisms of social mobility and professional choice and life trajectories in dynamic social environments. She is committed to evidence-based educational and social innovation, combining research, teaching, and practice. As part of the master's degree programme, she sees great value in establishing cross-sectoral cooperation with universities, non-governmental organizations, government authorities and local communities as a guarantee that social innovations will be not only theoretically sound, but also socially significant and sustainable.
Rahul Nainwal,
University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), India: Dean of the School of Business; CEO of Runway Incubator; Chief Learning Officer at the Institute of Academic Leadership
A social entrepreneur, educator, and institution builder with over 20 years of experience across India. He currently serves as Dean of the School of Business, CEO of the Runway Incubator, and Chief Learning Officer of the Academic Leadership Institute at UPES, Dehradun leading academic strategy, startup incubation, faculty development, and impact research. A TED Fellow, Ashoka Associate Fellow, and Chevening Gurukul Scholar (Oxford, 2019), Rahul has founded and led organisations at the intersection of social change and entrepreneurship including iVolunteer, India Fellow, UnLtd Delhi, and CashRelief. His teaching and research focus on design thinking, social innovation, and early-stage venture creation. He believes programmes like this are essential to building a new generation of leaders who treat social impact not as a trade-off, but as the core design principle of enterprise.
Loyda Lily Gómez Santos,

PhD in Management with 15 years of experience in university teaching in the areas of entrepreneurship and organizational studies at both undergraduate and graduate levels. She has worked as a consultant in entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial capacity building, and business innovation. She has also led the design and management of university curricula. Her main research interests and publications focus on entrepreneurship education, the development of innovation capabilities within organizations, and the strengthening of regional science, technology, and innovation. In the fields of social entrepreneurship and social innovation, she has extensive experience mentoring business plans aimed at addressing regional social problems, publishing cases studies, and teaching courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Regarding the vision and future development of the programme, interdisciplinary learning, digital innovation, sustainability, impact measurement, and close collaboration with communities and industry partners are emphasized. By doing so, the master´s programme seeks to foster sustainable solutions that generate both economic and social value while promoting systemic social change at a local and global scale.

Senior lecturer at the Department of Political Science and International Affairs, and a research fellow at the International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration. His research interests include the digitalization of politics and public administration, the development of e-government from a cross-regional and cross-national perspective, and comparative public policy studies in various areas. Yury is one of the developers and a member of the academic council of the programme "Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation", where he also teaches a course on Public Policy and Government Relations. This course will help future social entrepreneurs better understand the context of social policy in different countries and develop a successful GR strategy for their businesses.

Associate Professor in Digital Experience Transformation and Deputy Dean of Academic and Student Affairs at the Azman Hashim International Business School (AHIBS), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). She holds a PhD in Computing (Human-Computer Interaction) from Lancaster University and is a professional member of ACM and IEEE, as well as a Certified Professional Marketer (CPM Asia). Her expertise spans digital transformation, user experience (UX), information systems, digital marketing and data analytics. She focuses on designing human-centred and inclusive digital solutions that create value for individuals, organisations, and communities. Her work integrates design thinking, innovation and emerging technologies to address real-world challenges and enhance societal well-being. Dr. Haliyana is also passionate about social entrepreneurship and community empowerment. Her research and projects support underserved communities, women entrepreneurs, youth and vulnerable groups by leveraging technology, entrepreneurship and capacity-building initiatives to strengthen economic resilience and social impact. Through participatory approaches such as Design Thinking and Action Research, she collaborates with stakeholders to co-create sustainable solutions that promote inclusive growth and meaningful societal change.
Svetlana B. Boguslavskaya,

Candidate of Economic Sciences, lecturer, practicing economic analyst, and contributor to socio-economic impact assessment projects. She leads student projects tailored for non-profits and social entrepreneurs, and co-hosts one of the pioneering courses for educators on the Service-Learning methodology. For nearly 15 years, Svetlana has been involved in social entrepreneurship and social innovation as a researcher, programme participant, co-author of courses and publications on social impact assessment, article on the impact of social entrepreneurship on the development of small areas.The programme "Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation" is a promising path for training future professionals. It focuses not only on launching potential projects across various fields but also on providing expert support to social entrepreneurs. This ensures they can develop their ideas while maintaining a balance between social impact and economic stability.

Doctor of Economics and a specialist in project management, social innovation, and third sector economics. She is a member of dissertation councils at Lomonosov Moscow State University and RANEPA. She works as an invited lecturer at Lomonosov Moscow State University, Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, and the Potanin Foundation. She is also an expert in professional and public accreditation of higher education programmes in management and law, as well as a grant competition expert. Her research areas include social entrepreneurship, Islamic entrepreneurship, cross-sector social partnerships, and management of non-governmental social service providers. She has practical experience in developing and implementing service-learning projects focused on social entrepreneurship and applied research in social impact. She is a moderator and speaker at international, national, and interregional forums, and a winner of the All-Russian “Service-Learning” competition and the “50 Best Innovative Ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan” competition.
