Abstract

BI-systems are tools for data collection, analysis and visualisation. They allow to present large amounts of data in a human-friendly form: dashboards, graphs, reports, etc. This information is used to make decisions and improve business performance. BI systems include functionality for exploring and diving into data, calculating metrics, analysing trends, etc.In this course, students will be introduced to the methods, types and systems of BI, learn how to work with them independently and use them in practice.
