Abstract

This advanced corporate finance course covers sophisticated investment valuation (real options, sum-of-the-parts, and critical DCF limitations), strategic financing and capital structure decisions under real-world frictions, as well as M&A, restructuring, and behavioural biases. It also integrates the CFO’s toolkit—DuPont analysis, sustainable growth, and EVA—to link financial theory with practical decision-making.
