Course Syllabus

Abstract

The course gives students the knowledge necessary for the implementation of the project in commercial and non-profit sector. The aim of the course is to develop skills in the field of project management. Each project must be limited in time, have clear criteria for the outcomes (given the characteristics of the product obtained), assume an external or internal request.

Learning Objectives

• To learn about implementation of project work
• To develop skills required to complete the tasks of the course “Projects”

Expected Learning Outcomes

• Able to identify project environment and project risks
• Able to sequence project activities
• Can build a work breakdown schedule
• Can define a scope of a project
• Identify the principal differences between the working group and the team
• Know how to plan human resource for a project
• Know how to write a project plan
• Understand the main constraints of project activities
• Understand the stages of the project cycle
