Course Syllabus

Abstract

The course discusses the issues of changing the value of the company as a result of its restructuring. Factors requiring the restructuring of the company. The course discusses the advantages and disadvantages of various forms and methods of business restructuring, for example, the allocation of toxic assets, spin-off, divestment of shares, split-off, carve-out.
