В декабре 2018 года профессор Lorentz провел занятия в НИУ ВШЭ – Санкт-Петербург с магистрами программы «Стратегическое управление логистикой»в рамках дисциплины «Integrated supply chain planning».

Основное внимание на занятиях было посвящено следующим темам: Supplier relationship management, Global sourcing for synergies, Supply risk management, Sustainable procurement.
08 декабря 2018 года состоялась встреча профессора Lorentz с бакалаврами программы “Логистика и управление цепями поставок» НИУ ВШЭ – Санкт-Петербург. Студенты получат дополнительную возможность задать вопросы финскому ученому 16 февраля 2019 года в рамках Зимней школы нашего университета.     
                                                             
Harri Lorentz is acting professor of purchasing and supply management in the Operations & Supply Chain Management programme of Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku, Finland. His research interests are concentrated on international sourcing and SCM, sourcing and SCM capabilities, system dynamics, as well as emerging markets.

He has been affiliated with the University of Cambridge and Manchester Business School as a visiting researcher, and has business experience from food export operations.

Dr. Lorentz has also contributed in World Bank led trade and transport facilitation projects in the CIS countries.

His research has been published, for example, in Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management, and Industrial Marketing Management.
