Participants are expected to arrive on Sunday, 17 May.

Please note that you may need a visa to enter Russia. See the ‘Visa’ section for further information.

Accommodation, all transfers, coffee breaks, meals and cultural events within the IPW programme are covered by HSE University-St Petersburg.

We kindly ask our partners and friends to register before 6 April 2026.

Visa

Please note that you may need a visa to enter Russia. If you do, please indicate this in your registration form.

HSE University-St Petersburg will issue official invitation letters for ‘humanitarian visas’ and provide assistance to IPW participants requiring Russian visas. Please note: this invitation is not a visa. It does not give the holder permission to enter Russia. It is a document necessary for the visa application.

You can find out what your visa requirements are by going to the website of the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your home country.

It usually takes at least 30 days to issue and send out a visa invitation letter, and up to 10 days for a visa to be issued from the date of visa application.
