For fruitful work a guideline seminar has been conducted outside the city. Aims, tasks and schedule has been clarified for the coming year of project implementation.

First seminar on the project at 27th of June

Because the workload is huge, participants had to work their best  to plan the actions to be undertaken to implement the tasks. During the seminar working groups have been identified, which will deal with the conceptualization of the basic vectors of project implementation. Also a separate group has been called that will organize and direct the activities of the field data collection, and the third group, which will be responsible for the logistics of the project.

As a result of a brainstorming session aimed to clarify the study issues, the participants became closer to understanding the positive spaces. The mission of the researchers is to shift the focus of discourse and begin to talk about ethnicity in a more constructive and positive manner, namely how to determine the ethnic identity and the views of young people not using negative language. The objective of the project  is to find such youth cultural spaces and practices, where ethnic and religious are not problematized, and sometimes the opposite is a positive resource.

Discussing the first ideas, refining hypotheses, researchers determined that the search will start from the sports, music, creative spaces and different youth subcultural environments. Also during the seminar the further schedule of work and the next tasks has been discussed . It was decided to concentrate the discussion around key terms and concepts, for this purpose next three workshops where planned in July.
