The Department of Public Administration was created in 2003 as a department of the Faculty of Management. The Department has been tasked with preparing specialists in the field of state and municipal administration, where the Russian governmental sector is experiencing a serious need.
The Department's main mission is to conduct research focused on the real sector of city and regional economics, as well as to carry out actual city development activities.
