Professor Shirokova’s visit to the Indian Institute of Management – Indore (IIM – Indore)

Galina Shirokova, Professor of the Department of Management, participated in the “Scholar–in—Residence” program at the invitation of the strategic partner of the HSE University, the Indian Institute of Management – Indore (IIM — Indore).

During the visit, Professor Shirokova held a two-day research workshop for doctoral students on the topic “Research in Strategic Entrepreneurship” and also spoke at an open seminar for faculty, scholars, and students, presenting the research paper “Entrepreneur-as-Scientist, Founder Resilience, and New Venture Performance: A Multi-Country Moderated Mediation Analysis”.
Professor Shirokova also discussed with her colleagues the prospects of cooperation in strategic management and entrepreneurship. It was decided to hold a joint research seminar for doctoral students, which will begin in October 2025. Russian and Indian doctoral students will present and discuss their research. They also discussed the possibility of organizing a research exchange program for professors and doctoral students.
