About medical certificate

Dear Students,

We remind you that you must provide a medical certificate of your health group for access to practical physical education classes.

If you have NOT had a medical examination in April-May 2022 at Polyclinic №75, you have the opportunity to sign up for a medical examination in the period from 10 to 28 October. You can sign uphere.

The medical examination will be held inthe St. Petersburg State Health Institution 'Municipal Polyclinic №75' (at the register office, you should say that you are a HSE student and you have come for a medical examination)
 Address: Kuznetsovskaya street , 9 (metro stations 'Park Pobedy' or 'Elektrosila')

 

8 am - 6 pm (except Saturday and Sunday)

Note! You can undergo clinical urine analysis (take the sample with you) and clinical blood test (NOT on an empty stomach) only from 8 am to 10 am.

 

The international students must bring the following documents:

- passport;

- medical Certificates in Russian (if you have any);

- Voluntary Health Insurance (if your VHI covers the medical examination, the staff will ask you to show the insurance).

If your VHI does not cover the medical examination, the cost of a medical examination for a foreign national will be 1586 RUB (examination by a general practitioner + clinical urine analysis + clinical blood test).
