International applicants

International Admissions to undergraduate studies at HSE – Saint Petersburg

The application period for 2019-2020 intake is open from October 15, 2018 till August 20, 2019.

Applications submitted before February 28, 2019 will be considered for full tuition fee scholarships (HSE Gold Scholarship). Scholarships are awarded to the limited number of highly qualified applicants. No additional application for a scholarship is required. 

Applications submitted within the period from March 1, 2019 till August 20, 2019 will be considered for self-paid seats. Tuition fee waivers are available – 25%, 50% or 70% of the tuition fee per year. The rate depends on the results upon passing the entrance trials.

Entrance trials involve passing out two tests: Mathematics, History, English, Russian.

Applications are accepted online through the Applicant's Personal Account.
