No, because the Call is aimed at the academic staff of HSE St Petersburg. However, there are other opportunities to receive funding for International Visiting Professors.

The form of the agreement on interuniversity cooperation and joint online course implementation can be requested from the Centre for International Accreditations and Network Programmes doubledegreespb@hse.ru.

If it is not possible to conclude the agreement on interuniversity cooperation and joint online course implementation with Partner University, applicants may submit any other confirmation that the online course is included into the curriculum of a degree programme at Partner University (for example, an official letter from the Dean or Academic Director).

The information about international academic partners of HSE St Petersburg can be found on the HSE corporate web page or requested from the HSE St. Petersburg International Office.

There are no restrictions both for HSE St Petersburg and the academic staff of a partner university. However, in accordance with art. 6.3. of the Regulations with regard to the collective applications, the amount of the incentive for the joint online course is distributed among participants from HSE St. Petersburg proportionally to the distribution of the teaching load according to the course. 

No. Any academic staff who teach in the degree programmes (Bachelor, Master, Doctoral) and whose primal employer is HSE St Petersburg is eligible to participate in the Call.

The videostudio of HSE St. Petersburg allows for the recording of different forms: speaker + presentation, speaker + glass whiteboard, interview etc.

It is possible to select a more suitable option of the delivery of synchronous classes:

• The lecture rooms with auto-tracking is relevant if the class is delivered as follows:  a teacher is the class + students in the class + remote students + remote teacher
• The video studio fro webinars is relevant in case a teacher is in the class + remote students + remote teacher.

Yes, but the development of MOOCs is out of the scope of the call and is financially supported by other tools (more information here: https://spb.hse.ru/aup/oep/methodological_support_mooc).

A MOOC can be initiated by any HSE academic staff. Important! In the case of the development of a MOOC, based on the agreement, HSE receives a sole right on the MOOC.
