How to apply

Acceptance of applications for the Master's program for foreign citizens for the 2024/2025 academic year is open from November 1, 2023 to August 13, 2024.

Applicants have the opportunity to enroll in both commercial and budgetary places - 100% of the cost of training is covered by the HSE scholarship. Applicants applying for commercial places have the opportunity to receive a HSE grant that covers 25% to 50% of the annual tuition fees.
