The list of countries with ‘unfavourable conditions’ (as of March 20, 2020)*

Self-isolation

NB! Students and employees who have returned from a country with ‘unfavourable conditions’ are required to ensure their self-isolation for 14 days.

On entering Russia (or even before if possible):

In accordance with the Decree of The Government of the City of Saint Petersburg of March 18, 2020, № 127 'On Amendments to the Decree of the Government of the City of Saint Petersburg of March 13, 2020 № 121' (in Russian):

Citizens who have entered the territory of the Russian Federation after visiting foreign countries must immediately provide information about their return to the Russian Federation, place and dates of stay outside the Russian Federation by calling 112

Memo: Requirements for self-isolation 

In accordance with the order of the Director of March 20, 2020, № 8.3.6.2-08/2003-01, students and employees must report:

  • If they have signs of cold, SARS, influenza, etc.;
  • If they sought medical help for illness from a physician;
  • If they were admitted to a hospital (in such a case a name of an organization must be reported).

The abovementioned information must be reported to Liudmila Vozian (for staff members) or Lydia Koshkina (for students).
