The presentation of the database 'Space aspects of national and gender composition in the early Soviet Union'

On Monday, October the 12nd, was held a meeting of the cientific-educational group 'Applied GIS in Humanities'

At the meeting, was represented a database called 'Space aspects of national and gender composition in the early Soviet Union'. It was made by Korobeynikov Alexander Kuchinsky Alexander and Kitaeva Yana. The database was based on three cards of the early Soviet period. It also includes data taken from the Soviet census of 1926. As it is stated in the title, the database involves information about national and gender composition of the population in the early Soviet Union, as well as its rural and urban populations. It is important to note that due to additional statistics all databases were supplemented by new information.
