Educational Activity

Currently the Division’s staff are implementing the undergraduate programme ‘Design’ (headed by Mitya Kharshak). The ‘Design’ programme - the first of its kind in St. Petersburg - is founded on the principles of a modern design education that involves a project-based approach and an uninterrupted focus on the industry’s real demands. The ‘Design’ programme’s team includes staff from HSE Art and Design School, designers, artists and art historians from St. Petersburg. In 2018, the St. Petersburg ‘Design’ programme rolled out the ‘Communicative Design’ course, although in the future the programme will offer a wide variety of options.
