The HSE University administration has decided to bring back in-person classes in Module 3, meaning that starting in January, seminars and lectures will be held on campus.

Inter-campus courses will continue to be held online during Module 3. Make sure to check your schedule, however, as seminars might be held in person. Also, if an instructor cannot teach on campus due to medical reasons, their classes will be moved online. Finally, lectures for large groups may be transferred online, since it is impossible to maintain proper social distancing in such classes. Masks remain mandatory on campus.

The decision to move all classes online until the end of 2021 was made in October in response to the epidemiological situation in Moscow. Campuses remained open. This mode of operation for university buildings will continue until the end of the year. The format of extracurricular activities at the university is still being discussed. For more information about the latest decisions regarding campus operations, please see the HSE University website.
