How to order medical insurance certificate?
Offline
Visit the office of PJSC IC Rossgosstrakh at 20 Grazhdansky Prospekt.
- Mon-Fri: 9:00 - 20:00
- Sat: 10:00 - 16:00
You should bring your:
- Passport
- Translation or copy of the translation of the passport (if the passport is in English)
Online
Send the following to nadezhda.mironova@spb.rgs.ru with the subject line 'Insurance for a student of Higher School of Economics':
- Scan or high-quality photo of the first page of the passport
- Scan or high-quality photo of the translation of the passport (if the passport is in English)
- Indicate the selected option
- Indicate the contact mobile phone number, registration address in Russia and current e-mail
In response to your e-mail, you will receive a link to pay online by card. After payment, an electronic version of the policy will be sent to the specified e-mail address. Starting 2023, Rosgosstrakh's insurances are fully digital and a physical version is not issued by the company.
