Application for the development of a MOOC

Any campus employee can come up with a proposal for the development of a MOOC. To do this, you need to fill out an application, curriculum and send it by e-mail to the e-learning center (elearningspb@hse.ru). The e-learning center conducts a preliminary examination of the application for compliance with the priority areas of development of the HSE and the internal requirements of the HSE; if necessary, the package of documents is finalized by the applicant.

The e-learning center sends the final package of documents for approval to the dean of the faculty, then to the Directorate for online learning. Then the application is forwarded to the professional collegiums of the HSE Academic and Methodological Council for a meaningful assessment, which can take up to 1 month. An application with expert opinions of the Educational and methodical council board is submitted for discussion at the next meeting of the Council on Online Projects.
