Департамент создан на базе отделения прикладной политологии, открытого в 2005 году. Основная задача департамента состоит как в профессиональной подготовке современных специалистов в области политического анализа и социально-политической инженерии, так и в создании особой творческой среды, обеспечивающей формирование и развитие сообщества политологов, способных не только профессионально исследовать, но также предлагать и уметь реализовывать решения актуальных российских и международных проблем.

International Law and State Responsibility in Territories Beyond National Jurisdiction Workshop
On 25 March 2019, an inaugural workshop entitled International Law and State Responsibility in Territories Beyond National Jurisdiction Workshop was held at the University of Helsinki. It was based on Dr. Cirkovic's current project and co-organized with Ms Jenni Tapio (Ph.D. Candidate Helsinki Univeristy). Dr. Daria Boklan from HSE-Moscow Law Faculty also gave a presentation at the workshop. We hope to continue to consortium collaboration in the future.
