Analysis and Modeling of Business Processes (in English)

In the course the students will learn the methodology of analysis and design of business processes; they will acquire the skills of modeling of business processes in different notations; they will be able to apply the acquired knowledge and skills to solve practical business problems, including the problems of reengineering of business processes.

Know how to analyze business processes using models: identify bottlenecks, functional gaps, rational use of resources and mechanisms

PR and Сollaborations in Arts and Culture (in English)
Lecturer: Shekova Ekaterina Leonidovna
This course covers the theoretical aspects of Public Relations and collaborations, and how it could be applied for the arts and culture. The special attention is paid for PR instruments and types of collaboration that are widely used by cultural organizations. During the course students will learn how to design a PR campaign, develop and assess collaborative projects.

Project Management Practices (in English)

This course introduces modern methods of the project organization and execution and teaches students the basics of traditional and new Agile project management techniques emerging from the industry practice and research works. The course covers the traditional, plan-driven project management, its tools, templates, and processes as well as an Agile method (Scrum) in the conditions of uncertainty. The course helps develop practical skills needed for effective project management.
