Leading Expert of the Laboratory Delivered a Workshop at the HSE Summer School on Social Impact Projects
Varvara Kulkova, Leading Expert at the Laboratory for Reputation Management in Education, participated in the HSE Summer School "Social Impact Projects: Monitoring, Control, and Evaluation of Social Outcomes." She delivered the workshop "Designing Social Impact Projects" and contributed expert insights during a panel discussion on the development and implementation of social impact projects.
On 15–16 July, the Laboratory for Reputation Management in Education participated in the HSE Summer School "Social Impact Projects: Monitoring, Control, and Evaluation of Social Outcomes," which brought together students, doctoral researchers, early-career scholars, and practitioners interested in advancing social impact projects.
The Laboratory was represented by its Leading Expert, Varvara Kulkova, who delivered the workshop "Designing Social Impact Projects." During the session, participants explored the key stages of developing social impact projects, including defining social objectives, identifying target beneficiaries, formulating expected outcomes, and selecting appropriate tools for measuring social impact. Through practical exercises, participants applied these approaches to designing their own project concepts.
In addition, Varvara Kulkova joined the panel discussion on the development of social impact projects in Russia. She shared expert perspectives on project design, implementation, and impact evaluation, while contributing to discussions on contemporary approaches to measuring social outcomes and the future development of social impact projects as an innovative financing mechanism.
