New startup trends: the lab participated in HSE FEST 2026

The laboratory, represented by analyst Polina Mironova, participated in the all-Russian festival of technological projects, HSE FEST 2026. Participation allowed the participants to learn about innovative and socially oriented projects and expand their professional contacts.

HSE FEST 2026 is an annual all-Russian festival of technology projects, held on April 28 at HSE University in St. Petersburg. The final day included project presentations across various technology tracks: artificial intelligence and digital products, medical and engineering developments, and agricultural, food, and environmental technologies. Participants presented their solutions in pitch sessions to an expert jury, having been selected from hundreds of applications.

The festival program included public lectures, discussions with industry representatives, and thematic sessions on business launches, market engagement, and support for young entrepreneurs.

During the event, laboratory analyst Polina Mironova attended educational and expert sessions, as well as the final project pitches. She met with teams developing solutions in the fields of artificial intelligence, EdTech, and social entrepreneurship, and spoke with the founders of projects focused on solving socially significant problems.

Participation in the festival allowed us to explore current startup development formats—from acceleration programs to demo days and corporate pilots—and expand professional contacts in the fields of technological and social entrepreneurship.
