The laboratory's chief expert, Varvara Kulkova, received the status of expert in conducting professional-public accreditation (PPA) of higher and continuing professional education (CPE) programs in the types of professional activities assigned to the Council for Professional Qualifications in Management and Law.

Awarding the status of a PPA expert represents professional recognition of competencies and relevant experience. Accredited experts participate in independent evaluations of educational programs, analyzing their content, staffing, practice-oriented nature, and the compliance of graduates' training with professional standards and employer demands. This status allows participation in federal education quality assessment procedures and the development of standards for training specialists in management and law.
Professional and public accreditation is voluntary and confirms the compliance of educational programs with labor market requirements. Its results are taken into account during accreditation monitoring, reinforcing the importance of this procedure in the education quality assurance system.
