Magdalena Gaete, Head of the Laboratory for Reputation Management in Education, took part in the international online conference AHIBS Global Research Exchange. The meeting was organised by the University of Technology Malaysia (UTM). Lots of people know Alexander Sorokin as a Dean of the St Petersburg School of Social Sciences but earlier, he engaged in the history of science and studied the Tomsk physicists. At the moment, he is working at the junction of several areas—anthropology, research on science and technology and environmental history, helps our students to study the local communities in the Indian Himalayas. We discussed with the Candidate of Historical Sciences what it was like to work constantly at the junction of various spheres, go on expeditions and run three marathons in different locations across the globe.

The first guest is Yana Krupets, Candidate of Social Sciences, Deputy Director of the Centre for Youth Studies and Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology. Over her work at HSE University-St Petersburg, she has been awarded the title of the best professor nine times. Magdalena Gaete is Awarded the Best Educational Case at Malaysia's AHIBS-ACT 2024 International Conference
Magdalena Gaete, the head of the Project-Based Learning Laboratory for Reputation Management in Education at HSE University-St Petersburg, won the Best Case in Social Entrepreneurship award at the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). She presented a study on the transformation of elderly care in Russia, conducted within the framework of the mirror laboratory of HSE University-St Petersburg and UTM. The award was presented to Magdalena Gaete by the Dean of the Azman Hashim International Business School (AHIBS), Professor Dr Rosmini Omar.
