Research seminar of the Strategic Entrepreneurship Centre on June 18

On June 18th, the Strategic Entrepreneurship Center will hold a research seminar at which Natalia V. Volkova, Associate Professor of the Department of Management, will present the work «Organizational Social Capital as a Resource for Employee Retention: A Cross-Generational Analysis of Turnover Intention». Co-author: Svetlana A. Korableva, PhD student of the School of Management.

Additionally, interim results of work on the following projects will be discussed: 

• Basic Research Program «Economic and mathematical analysis of markets, games and decision-making systems» (2025-2027)

• Russian Science Foundation «Strategic development of Russian entrepreneurial firms under conditions of sanctions pressure: Challenges and new opportunities» (2024-2026, agreement No. 24-18-00335)

• Global University Entrepreneurial Spirit Students' Survey (GUESSS)
